Hello I am a 27 year old female.

i noticed a small light freckle on the bottom of my foot about a month ago. I noticed now it’s gettinf darker and has grown in size but is still small.

I cant get into my doctor until next week and dermatologists appointments book out months.

im worried! I did a bad thing and googled mole on foot… now I’m terrified!

I don’t know how to post a photo of it.

You need to get in to see a dermatologist sooner than later…if you tell them your concerns they should get you in right away. Don’t take no for an answer…it could be nothing but until a dermatologist examines it you don’t know. And from what I have read many peoples stories start with them pushing a dermatologist to see them, take a biopsy, etc…you need to be your own advocate no matter what the mole turns out to be!!!! Good luck!!!!

Yes. Call the dermatologists' offices and say "I have a rapidly changing mole" — keep calling until you can find one that will get you in.  Our dermatologist keeps appointments open just for this purpose.  (Actually, a week or two probably would't make a difference in the outcome … but you'll worry yourself to death until you have it seen.)
