Where would I go to look at help for llung cancer?  My husband has stage iiic melanoma and stage 1 lung cancer.  They have only the clinical stage for the lung cancer until they remove the cancer, and surrounding lymph nodes.  You have all been so helpful to me in regard to his melanoma, but not sure where to go for the lung cancer experience and help.

His lung cancer clinical diagnosis is that one was a 1.1cm, that is now 1.5cm and a 1.9cm that is now a 2.1cm.

      Thanks, Mary

Mary, are they saying the cancer in your husband’s lung is NOT melanoma? Otherwise, it sounds like melanoma that has spread to the lung. There are others here who have experienced that and can help you. Where is your husband being treated?

I just read your profile. I hope someone else chimes in here. I wish PD1 were approved– it’s in clinical trials for both cancers.

                            Hello Mary,
I am new here so this is my first post. May I suggest that you visit the Memorial Sloan Kettering patient Connections site for some info on lung cancer? There are several people there with experience, and a webinar from last week’s seminar should be posted soon. The moderator, Esther, may also point you in the right direction. You can find the group by going to mskcc.org, scrolling down, and clicking on the Counseling and Support link, and then Connections. Hope that helps! Wishing you and your husband the best.
