Hi All,
Ipi price is very high for me, is there any way can i get it cheaper ? im from Cairo – Egypt

I'm not sure. I know Nivolumab PD1 is available in Japan. Not sure about pricing though or requirements. PD1 in US is only available based on requirements like having ipi first or in various trials.
However most hospitals have a negotiated priced for ipi. When I did it if I remember the bills, granted insurance paid for it, the negotiated price was about 60% of the full price. I'm not sure how else to get it cheaper.

If your are BRAF positive, you can try with this clinical trial with Vemurafenib that has these locations in Egypt: Alexandria, Cairo, Dakahlia and Tanta. Print the trial and ask your doctor:

Have your oncologist help you apply for assistance from the company that make it..Mine had me fill them out even though i was approved for medicaid..

Ask your oncologist for the paperwork, if you can't get it from them then get the # of the company making it ..If you have facebook look up Bad Ass Melanoma Warriors, they have lot's of helpful information also..
