This happened nearly exactly to my mom.  Had middle of the night tremor and severe vomitting.  Once admitted because of dehydration, they did scan of brain to find 5 lesions.  We immediately began 10 day radiation treatment and then was strong enough to go back in for our 3 dose of ippi.  Currently we are back in the hospital, again for dehydration.  Scans show ippi is not yet working but could be premature in saying so.  We have heard over and over that with ippi, things get worse before they get better.  We have learned that staying strong physically as well as mentally is the best way to fight, although it is a fight itself.  The more she can eat and move around the better we are.  Its merely a bump in the road.  Together with your doctor devise a game plan and attack it head on.

All my prayers and strength! You can get through it!
