Sorry, I'm new here, has your husband been on Yervoy for around 30 weeks? So, like 2 times (4 rounds each) he's had it, I know my doctor mentioned we could use Yervoy again after this if it is working this time, which I hope is the case, so just always looking for others who are on their 2nd go around with it.
I wish him the best with getting NED!

The clinical trial was the 4 doses in 12 weeks. The maintenance of the clinical trial is once every 12 weeks for the Ipi. The GM-CSF was ongoing with shots administered at home for 14 days then 7 days off beore restarting. The last scans at 24 weeks showed more than 56% regression overall in the melanoma so scans are given at 6 week intervals.
The maintenace portion I believe will go until he is NED(no evidence of disease) or until he stops or if it no longer is working and he wants to try something else. Hope this helps.
