          Hoopefully the addition of the CAPTCHA code for posting will help, if the span is being mchine generated.  (ever note how many posts were appearing in just a few minutes?)  The MRF staff is working on it for us.

                You can also unsubscribe from email updates.  On the left, you can click "update" and make sure the email notifications aren't enabled.  Then just visit the board for updates.
