My husband has been diagnosed with metastatic melanoma oct 2012. He has been on Yervoy, Zelboraf, and now anti pd1. I was looking for caregivers of patients that are on this same journey:) Blessings to those fighting patients and caregivers!!!

What a journey it is . My wife was diagnosed Dec. 7 2012. We have completed the IPI treatments and a WBR. We were turned down by the Merck Trial PD-1 and now waiting on the timeline to start BMS PD-1 trial. the draw back of the BMS trial is it is randomized. the merck is not. July 10 we are scheduled for blood work and scans. July 11 biopsy then hopefully we draw the PD-1. We just keep fighting and trying not to look back and have faith that the team at Moffitt is doing the correct things for us.
