My husband has been getting scans the last year now, he is Stage 3b.  Same 3 nodes in his chest have been slightly enlarged.  Doctor is watching it, but does not seem too concerned.  He did have last year a needle biopsy and it came back negative on one.  However, another negative needle biopsy proved by be positive when he had the sentinel lymph nodes removed.  They could be nothing, just curious if anyone has watched the same ones scan after scan stay the same.

Yes absolutely. I have a couple that always show up enlarged but have little to no uptake when I had PET scans and have not gotten any larger over time so they are of no concern. Sometimes lymph nodes get enlarged from fighting an infection or virus and may never go back down to their normal size.
