Been experiencing pretty noticable brain fog lately. Short term memory, forgetting things, etc.

Will be seeing Dr. tomorrow and ask for brain scan, but I wonder if it might be the Ipi.

It did for me. It took a while to figure it out but the IPI caused my immune system to attack my pituitary. This resulted in several symptoms: headache, fatigue, difficulty focusing thoughts, and my testosterone level plummeted to barly measureable. Re-examination of a head MRI showed the pituitary had swollen to 9mm from an earlier scan showing it at 4mm. Medicating with prednisone and testosterone have alleviated the symptoms.

I was actually relieved to find out it was just the pituitary and not brain mets.

Good luck with your appointment tomorrow!
