i have a flat mole on my big toe and it has a black spot in it and im not sure if the spot has always been there forsure because i never really paid attention but its not itchy scaly or anything and it doesn't bother me but im just concerned it could be melanoma..all because of the black spot in it..I do not live anywhere near a dermatoloigst that accepts my insurance and i just want to be able to ease my mind about this situation. Yes it could very well be. I can’t tell you without looking at it. Even then I would not know. You will need to go to a derm. How long has it been there?
