I was wondering what the criteria is for this syndrome? I  have a good amount of moles, probably 150 of them but most of them are tiny. Some of them look irregular but that's just the borders.  I have been seen by several dermatologists and none of them ever mentioned the syndrome.  I did have one low grade atypical mole removed but that was it.

Having 150 moles is different than having 150 dysplastic moles.  I've seen criteria from 50-100 or 200+ DYSPLASTIC looking moles  — depends what you read.  However, having a bunch of tiny but basically regular moles are not the ones you are counting.  I don't have dysplastic nevus syndrome but most of my moles look dysplastic and all that have been biopsied have been melanoma or dysplastic.  But I have less than 50 dysplastic looking moles so I do not have that syndrome.  It doesn't sound to me like you are in that category.
