My wife started E7080 on May 2nd and seems to be developing more adverse symptoms on a daily basis. Considering stopping. Has severe stomach pain, dizzy, can't eat much, very tired and sleeps a lot, loosing weight. Have others experienced this and what did you do?

There is an interesting message about E7080 here, by Dr. Keith Flahert: http:// http://forum.melanomaintl.org/toastforums/toast.asp?sub=show&action=posts&fid=4&tid=17462
According to that message, you should ask your doctor whether the dose can be reduced!

Thank you for your response and suggestion. Wife's symptoms appear to be getting worse. Decided to stop E7080 today and will be seeing the Dr. on Monday. I'll see if we can reduce the does and remain on the trial and not switch to something else that takes wash out time and more screening, CTs, MRIs, etc.
