My father has had cancer for last three years and has had – chemo, radiation, surgery. not much of a help it refuses to leave but we are determined to fight.

he has been on lambrolizumab clincial trial on bi-weekly schedule. his cancer seems to be growing a bit and he is getting his fourth dose next week.

what is everyone's expereince with the drug?

MK-3475 has shown that most responses take place after the 12 week period. I responded (complete) after my 1st set of scans at the 12 week timeframe. Your dad is only at 8 weeks so hopefully he'll begin responding in the next month or so.

          Good Luck

I started Mercks trial end of July this yr. First scans ( three weeks ago) show 67% shrinkage. Research is showing some very positive response to this drug. So far, that is my experience — I am sure you will hear from others, too…
