I just did my 3rd infusion with 9 more to go. Side effects minimal so far.
I have started to have some tingling in my fingertips, that feeling like when
your foot is asleep. I seem to have it about half of the time. I am wondering
if anyone else experienced this or maybe it has nothing to do with the infusions.
I still have the fatigue and nausea but that is fine.

Sometimes near the end of a run on the first or second day after receiving an infusion of Opdivo my fingers have tingled, felt asleep, more toward the fingertips. This may be related to the fatigue I have after an infusion of Opdivo.

I received an infusion of Opdivo Wednesday morning. This morning ( Friday ) I ran 5 miles, the last 5 kilometers in 30:52. That was too far. From mile 4 to mile 5 my fingers and forearms tingled mostly in my fingertips.

My numbness has been sporadic, sometimes in fingers sometimes in feet. They ran labs to check for B12 and I was on lower end of normal range.
So now I am taking 1000mcg of B12 per day. Maybe it will help with numbness and fatigue we will see.

Unrelated to my Melanoma I have had B12 deficiency diagnosis for years. I require injection, but yes I most definitely have numbness in finger tips when it is low. I am on Opdivo now and B12 in normal range with no numbness.
