      hello,

      i was wondering if anyone has paired any homeopathy with their conventional melanoma treatment?  i am currently seeing a homeopath and taking about 14 remedies daily.  with my 3a diagnosis, i decided to try and arm myself in ANY way possible.

      also… does anyone have any suggestions for good books that i could consult as far as dealing with a melanoma diagnosis?

                    You also forgot to mention that "After a 20 year battle with cancer, David Servan-Schreiber passed away."  How many melanoma patients live that long with their battle with this cancer? As a melanoma patient, I would be very happy to see 20 more years! I would appreciate if you would post a better way (than his) to cure melanoma or any cancer in general…

                             Other good books along with "Anticancer" include, "Beating Cancer with Nutrition", "Challenge Cancer and Win", "Foods to Fight Cancer" and "How to Prevent and Treat Cancer with Natural Medicine"

                             I drink Green Vibrance, a powdered green drink, take a garlic tablet, Quercetin, Fish Oil, ground flaxseed over whole grain cereals, Vitamin D, Calcium and a multi-vitamin. I used to take AHCC but it interacted with the hydrocortisone. If I could I'd still take it.

                                  Search both here and the archives for "homeopath".  You do not state wht your "conventional melanoma treatment" is.  This can also make a difference.  Different chemo's have different modes of geting into Tumor cells.  For instance, the one I am on uses oxidants to get into the tumors.  If I had continued taking the heavier doses of anti-oxidants that I had been takng, would I have prevented as much of the chemo from getting into the tumor cells?   Do your homework on how any treatment actulaly works to make sure you do not defeat the "conventional melanoma treatment".  i do recommend curcumin.and broccolli and asparagus amoung other thngs.   I have different reommendations based on whether or not one is taking chome.
