Apparently these don't respond to PD1? Hoping that something is in the pipeline for people with those mutations. My mom starts Keytruda on Wednesday and we have no idea what her JAK status is.

Here is an abstract discussing JAK1 and JAK2. It is unfortunate that we are not to the point of testing for these and many other things BEFORE treating with various therapies…but rather only after they have failed treatment options. http://chaoticallypreciselifeloveandmelanoma.blogspot.com/2016/07/study-working-to-determine-key.html
Hopefully we will be more proactive soon. I wish your mom well on her treatment plan with keytruda. Celeste
