I am not an expert, but have read that IPI keeps "working" for a long time after you stop the treatments. Definitely call your doctor but I would guess your immune system is still finding tumor cells to attack.
My husband just started Nivo but I did a fair amount of research on both IPI and Nivo as we were deciding what the next step, was.
Good Luck

Good luck with Nivolumab , ipi my first treatment but do not have braf gene . Not sure what plan B is there is a trial at my hospital but it's chemo with some other tablets or I have found a trial for nivolumab for people who progressed after ipp. I am hoping ippi working but worried with pain .
