      Hi guys, in my original post this morning titled My CT Scan Report is In (i think that’s what it reads), iv replied to each of you & thank you again, by doing so, the day flew by & im done sulking & “oh god im gunna die sooner then expected!” Lol…you all Rock!

          I know it’s hard, but we can not be discouraged. I also expected a better result in your exams, since my wife’s history of illness is very similar to yours. She did not respond to Ipi, she did not respond to the Nivo and now it seems that she is not responding to the ipi / nivo combo (the petscan will be 2 senanas). But one thing we have noticed, the speed of progression of the disease without the use of nivolumab is much faster. I do not know if it would be a good idea for her to be without Nivo even in case of progression. Talk to your doctor about the possibility of maintaining Nivo while not starting a new treatment. Remembering that much of the new treatments also include the Nivo, such as: radiaçao more nivo, t-vec more nivo etc. Moreover, the possibility of delayed effects can not be forgotten. It is rare, but they happen until after 6 months or more.

                Im with you on that Roberto! When my Onco & i spoke briefly Friday over the phone, we just discussed “postponing” the Nivo (i was actually due that very same day to come in for #6) for me to see a specialist (why we postponed the Nivo is beyond me, (hind sight was 20/20 after my phone call) and now that i picked up my CT report to read in depth (i posted it if yer interested) it looks good for the Most part! My little submilimeter tumors did NOT grow, my left lung tumor shrank! But the monster on my right, lower lobe did increase from 2.4cm to 5.2cm, ok, SO WHAT! I understand shes being cautious & i can respect that, my last Nivo bag is still working its magic im sure, its not like i “pee’d” it all out already right? Lol…ill see my 2nd opinion here soon so, we’ll go from there! Im ready!! :)..
