Last night Juan Victoria passed away. The Ipi just couldn't start doing its job fast enough and the disease burden was too much, his lungs couldnt keep doing their job. Its been a long hard battle. This board and the people on it have been a life line to us as we have gone through the few ups and mostly downs of this horrible disease. Thank-you all. Also Dr Jason Luke as his primary oconlogist was there every step of the way.
I wish all of you luck as you fight this horrible disease and look forward to the day when a cute is found.
Stacey, love and wife of Juan Victoria

I am so sorry for your loss. It looks like your husband put up a great fight but as we all know, this disease is horrible. You are both in all of our thoughts are prayers. We are here if you need any support.

Oh, Stacey. I am so sorry. You have been an amazing love and source of support to dear Jaun. With your help he was able to live life on his terms. In doing all that you have, you gave a gift beyond measure. Holding you and your son in my heart. I wish you peace. Celeste

Stacey I am very sadden to hear this and I am sorry for your loss. Juan and I have been emailing each other for many months. We both started on the same clinical study at the same time. I had many praying for Juan and I also tried to reach out to raise his spirits. He will live on in Gods Kingdom.

So sorry for this news. Melanoma brings so much sorrow to so many families. I hope you can remember cherished hapinesses and cling to memories of good times to help you through your grief. As a patient I know it is so hard on both patners in a loving marriage and like you too I wish for a cure for us all at the earliest possible date.
