I don't get on here very often and it's been awhile now. I have stage IV metastatic Melanoma. I've been fighting for 10 years now. But I can say, for the first time, I am NED! I took keytruda but had to stop due to colitis. Now I find out I have arthritis in my hips. I just thought it was old age (I'm 63). I have never had it anywhere before. Then, this weekend, I read that it could be from keytruda. Has anyone had any experience with this?

YES!!!! I have been struggling with this for a year and had to stop keytruda because of it. I am waiting to get remicade next month. I have been on an antibiotic against tuberculosis, as remicade can bring out latent tb. It is really debilitating and I have been on lots of meds from my rheumatologist, but nothing works so I am counting on remicade. Did you take remicade for the colitis?

Yes, I have had it. It started after infusion number 5. Mostly in my hands and feet. Hurts all of the time, but not so much that I can't do things. Doctor is considering steriods now.
