Hello all,
I have mets to lungs, abdomen, liver and small bowel and C7 neck vertebrae. Just started Keytruda/Indoximod trial at Mayo in MN. Will have infusions every 3 weeks. I feel great but just started on Thu. Has anyone heard of Indoximod or been on this? I know its in a trial but its supposed to add to the Keytruda affect, at least it should, let's hope! I will keep everyone updated how I do on this trial. Much love to all out there!

Glad to hear Mayo in MN has what sounds like a decent trial. Of course I'm just a knucklehead who doesn't know much but from what I've read combining things with pd1 is a good way to go. It is too soon to say whether indoximod will work great or not. From what I see it has been used quite a bit in breast cancer. In my opinion it is better to do a combo than monotherapy. Potential for better response that way usually. Good luck. I was treated there a few months with keytruda last year when it was still only available via an extended access trial. Very kind and caring doctors there.
