      Hi,

Has anyone ever had a bump that looks like a white head or a pimple on the scar where the sentinal lymph nodes were removed? I have what looks like a pimple and a bump underneath. It's white and shiny. Can Melanoma ever be these colors?

      Thank you

I think the reason you're not getting a response is because there is not enought information here.  When did you have your SNLD?  Was it complete of partial?  Was there any Mel found?  In answer to your question, based on the very limited info,  I wouldn't be overly concerned, but point it out at your next check-up.

If it's in the axilla, then it's possible it could be an ingrown hair. But you really should get it checked out by your doctor.

I have not, but like others said… sure would have it checked at next visit, just to be sure.
