I traveled with Mekinist with a freezer pack but don't think it was totally frozen. When I put it in the fridge at my destination it wasn't cold. Longest it might have been store date improperly is I guess 5, max max 6 hours. Is it bad? Any knowledge on this?

We've transported Mekinist by car unrefrigerated for short distances. Sounds to me like a couple hours won't make a difference.

Should be fine, this is directly from the leaflet: "The bottle should not be removed from refrigerated conditions for more than 30 days" Some hours should be ok. Call the pharmacy you get them from and ask, but would think it shouldn't stop them from working.

concur – we called the pharmacy and they said it does have a 30 day 'life" outside the fridge. I have traveled with it on the airplane for 12+ hrs and no problems.
