Is Ipi not working for you? Maybe you need a fecal implant.
Interesting new article suggesting a link between the gut microbiome and the efficacy of immunotherapy.

Interesting. While topics on this forum don't usually make me lough, this one did. Thinking of getting fecal implants from other people helping you battling cancer is really crazy.

Maggie,
If this bears out, I would think it would be the top story by far at ASCO whatever year the results come to fruition in humans.

That is exactly what i was thinking.
If i was doing Ipi then i would be trying to source these probiotics if possible.
Everyone should look to include probiotics in their diet anyway through either a good quality organic yogurt or kefir or sauerkraut. I wonder if any of these have the strain of probiotic needed for Ipi to work?

When my husband started ipi, he also started making smoothies with Greek yogurt. NED for 18 months and over 2 years after diagnosis., maybe yogurt gave him an extra edge.

I've always eaten lots of organic Greek yogurt with a probiotic. However, I had major digestive issues on Ipi/Nivo and just Opdivo. I tried kombucha but wasn't a fan. My doc had me tried a probiotic and I've felt great ever since! There's definitely merit to this.
