Take a deep breath and don't start jumping to conclusions. Why would you think this has spread to your lungs?
1mm is considered early, but you will probably want a sentinel lymph node biopsy (SNB) done to see if the lesion has spread to the lymph nodes. That would be the first order or business. Oh, that and getting a copy of your pathology report for your own records. You are probably stage I now, but your staging would not be complete until the SNB is complete. Are you being seen by a regular derm or a melanoma specialist?
Hang in there, but don't jump to any conclusions. It takes a bit of time to understand all the terms and get your staging complete. Then you go from there. One step at a time.
Best wishes,
