        It is good news, but just to clarify: the article states that the APPLICATION for approval has been accepted, not the drug itslef. It's stil ahead of the estimates of June for submission and it appears to still be on a "fast track" for the approval process, but again, the drug itself is still not approved for general use. 

        One step closer though- and all steps forward are good ones

              Also, it's been approved for expanded compassionate use which means any clinc/hospital currently utilizing PD-1 in trial can give it to other patients not on trials.
