      I was just looking at my mom's reports and it says Regional Lypmh node mestasis ( HCC present) , she was diagnosed with Vaginal melanoma and we know she has lymph node mestatis but now i am scared on what does HCC present means ? she is starting her immunotherapy ( keytryda+yervoy +aspirin) tomorrow.

          HCC can mean many things…even be used as a medical code for billing.  I think your best bet to get an accurate meaning from the report is contact the issuing lab or your mom's oncologist for an explanation.  yours, celeste
