Nausea, yes. Decreased ability to exercise due to fatigue, yes. Both not all of the time, only sometimes. Shortness of breath, no. That is one you should report to your oncologist. Myocarditis is a serious side effect that can occur and that is one of the main symptoms. Pneumonitis is another one. Could be not related to anything serious but it is best to get heart and lungs checked out to make sure.

I had five treatments and no side effects…yet. Good luck!

I had three treatments – no nausea or fatigue but have a bad case of ecxema and lipase and amylase elevation (pancreas). Holding future treatment until these issues can be resolved. Hang in there with the treatments if you can. Five treatments and no side effects is encouraging.

No nausea for me, thank God. Most notable side effect is fatigue, which usually shows up big-time in week 2 of the every three week infusion cycle. Get home from work, proceed directly to bed for a few days during that week.
Also, torrid case of dry mouth has manifested itself recently. I do Biotene mouthwash, toothpaste, etc. and they improve the situation.
I'm not complaining; it beats the alternative.
