Hey folks thought I'd share some of this news that was brought up in the meeting with my onc yesterday.

I'm currently in a trial SWOG 1404 for resected stage 3b disease (micromets interestingly enough)-randomized to pembro.

Generally with every meeting I ask about the most up-to-date news/data on current trials and the 2017 ASCO

findings (thank you Bubbles for distiling all of that and sharing!).

Just a disclaimer: no specific stats have been released yet!

Here's the press release information that was brought to my attention on adjuvant Opdivo vs Yervoy trial-showing a "clear win for troubled PD-1 inhibitor in adjuvant melanoma therapy."

The data from this announcement will be released at a forthcoming conference (maybe a month or two from what I've heard).

All of this is very exciting info for us Stage 3bs/c'ers and even resected Stage 4 population with a high risk of relapse.

What's more exciting are the eventual results of double combination Opdivo/Yervoy in the adjuvant setting. I'm sure we'll all be eager to see that data too.
