Yes, I had the same experience.
My B12 and hemoglobin kept going down until I was completely anemic. The ability of my body to make B12 never recovered and I still need monthly B12 shots. However, the anemia did resolve once treatment was over.
Hang in there–wishing you the best.

Hey Scooby,
Sorry for the pain and hospitalization. Hopefully, your pain will improve as your constipation does. I had very mild decreases in my hemoglobin during my trial (though I tend to blame the leukophoresis that was required for the study…which is kind of like how they take your blood out and put it back in when a person has dialysis…more than my Opdivo) but there are many others that I have communicated with while on anti-PD-1 (keytruda or opdivo) who have had to deal with more significant hemoglobin issues. They were usually just carefully monitored, some were started on iron, and others had the occasional blood transfusion…though that has been rarely needed. All of my issues re hemoglobin resolved once I was off the trial and Opdivo.
So…probably not helping you much here. But, just wanted to say that I was sorry for what you are dealing with, make your docs keep an eye on these things, and hope you start feeling better very soon. celeste
