Super elevated lipase levels?

      Hi all,

      Has anybody had really elevated lipase levels (1900, upper limit is about 160) but been asymptomatic? First we thought it was pancreatitis but a no fat diet and steroid infusions have not lowered the enzyme levels but resulted in some serious weight loss! Im waiting for a CT scan now and wondering what it can be. Thanks.

          Was on ippi/nivo combo and had counts of 1000 back in Sept.2015. Been through two rounds of oral steroids and my counts were elevated until a few months ago. Also had Pancreatitis in November. Had a ct and came back neg. Dr. said a revved up Immune response which is what you want. Unfortunately, side effects are the bummer…
