Could headaches, nausea and dizziness be symptoms of hypophysitis? Been on immunotherapy with excellent results given the last PET scan one month ago, then those symptoms… I don’t want to think about the worst… Please share some experience

          I had an enlarged pituitary

mine presented as progressively worse headaches over about 2 weeks.  The headache was mainly in the front half of my head and predominantly above my eyes.  I didn’t have nausea or dizziness with mine, but it can’t to the point of being intolerable

Mine presented similar to Mark's.  Gradual headache that progressively got worse over a course of a couple weeks and was pretty painful before being treated.  Good news is once on Prednisone the pain was gone in about an hour.  No diziness for me either but wouldn't be surprised if that's a possibility.  As far as I know a MRI is the only way to confirm if that's the issue.  Good luck.
