      Hi, all,

It has been exactly a year since my last Keytruda treatment, and I'm surprised that I still feel so tired and unenergetic.  What is more concerning is that I feel a tightness in my chest and feeling as if I'm not getting enough oxygen in my lungs  Anyone else a year out?

I also wanted to suggest Magnesium for those with muscle and joint pain.  t one point I was sent to a nerologist and he told me to take it since I had such pains. bBlessings.

My husband is also extremely tired and has no energy nine months after his last treatment.

Last week afer his labs,  he was told that he needed medication for his thyroid. He was given a prescription and told to see his PCP.   Make sure they are checking your TSH levels. From what I've read an underactive thyroid can make you feel tired.  All these months I have been thinking it was the treatment that was causing his lack of energy but I now I believe it could be related to his thyroid.  Another issue he is having is feeling cold all the time.

           Hang in there!

Sorry for feeling bad, Cheris!!  I know it takes a while to get back to normal after immunotherapy!!!  Still, I think a good recheck and chat with your doc, with an eye to all labs, would probably be wise, like anon mentioned.  Hang in there.  celeste

Yes, I am 15 months out and still tired and achy. I had slight asthma before treatment that went into copd during treatment. Been on Advair ever since and breathe much better now. I am a fan of Magnesium and use the lotion to sooth joints and muscles with an added bonus of better sleep!

              Best, Paul
