Does anyone have any experience with this drug? Has it worked for you and did you have any side effects? My husband had Stevens Johnson from Zelboraf so cannot go back on that or Ippi. Are getting a second opinion today but doing research on my own there is not a lot available until debrafenib and trametinib are approved. Thanks for any help  you can give me.

In the past, temodar was widely used to treat melanoma. It is still sometimes prescribed for BRAF negative patients with brain tumors because it does get into the brain. If you seach this forum for "temodar" (note spelling) you will find a lot of information about it.

My Mother, who has Stage IV Melanoma took Temador for 6 months.  She had no side effects which was a great thing, but the tumor in her lung grew a little bit so they now have her on Yervoy, so far no side effects.

I took it with Yervoy.  The weeks that I took the Temodar I was tired, and a little naseous at times, but it wasn't awful side effects.  It seems like there are some good results with it for some people.  Good luck to you!
