Is anyone here in this trial and can provide some insights?Summary

Disease Site Location: Melanoma
Trial Phase: 5
Disease Stage: Advanced Cancer

I am not on this trial, but epacadostat is an IDO inhibitor and Weber discusses this combo under "novel combinations for melanoma" in this post: http://chaoticallypreciselifeloveandmelanoma.blogspot.com/2016/12/the-future-for-melanoma-treatment.html
It is also the third trial discussed here: http://chaoticallypreciselifeloveandmelanoma.blogspot.com/2016/03/immunology-updatewebinar-for-melanoma.html
It seems to produce pretty good results!!! Hope that helps. I wish you well. Celeste

Hi Janis
Sounds like its a good option. PD1 may take 8-12weeks to have impact but if you got the combo arm then it may work faster and the Epacadostat is getting some great results.

Unless you have a better sounding option I would not hesitate…

Hi Janis, just to add to what has already been given to you from the company home page "Incyte" http://www.incyte.com/ir/press-releases.aspx The site is pretty cool with other cancer drugs as well if you look under "What we do" title you will find Ox-40, Pd-1, Gitr, and IDO1. Best Wishes!!!Ed

When you get to press release, you then need to pick 2016 and Oct 7 release to find the companies information on the combination. Looks really good!!!Ed
