I just got the news from my doc at Duke that she she positvive that I am not a resonder to yevoy. She has recommended a trial involving Durvalumab, Tremelimumab, IMCgp100. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience that you could pass on? Any info would be appreciated.

Lee,
Just typed a long response and lost it.
Shorter version: Sorry about your non-response to Ipi. This same trial is on my short list. Dr. Salama messaged me a couple days ago and said they are currently enrolling in the Durvalumab + IMCgp100 arm but she thinks they will be enrolling in the Durvalumab + Tremelimumab + IMCgp100 arm later this month. Either would be a good option IMHO.
Here is a link on IMCgp100.
At the bottom of the page there is a link to the ASCO poster on IMCgp100. In the post Nivo/Pembro era the results aren't spectacular but they are solid. Just reading about how it works you can see how it might work well in combination with a anti PD-L1 or CTLA-4.
Good luck Lee. Hope other have some information to share.

I am waiting on my blood work to see if I have a certain gene that will affect the treatment. I start my trial this month if blood work is good without the gene.

Lee, another way to get information is from twitter. @Dr.OmidHamid has a twitter account that I follow and if you go to july 11 post on his account and select the link in brackets right after #AACR16 (bit.ly/1wwoyzt) .This will bring you to a presentation he did for other Oncologist a couple of months ago. It is up to date and super informative about all the options we have and where things are going in the Melanoma Immunotherapy field. Best Wishes!!!!Ed
