I am so sorry to hear this, Linda! I will be praying that the lump is not Melanoma and that you get to celebrate on July 6th NED!! I'll drink a glass of wine in your honor that day to celebrate your 5 years. 🙂 Do you still go to Blumenthal Cancer Center? If so, that's where I go- maybe I will see you there sometime!

Ok, I started a group on Yahoo (Moms with Melanoma) but I think you needs a yahoo account to join. It only took a minute to do and I signed up for mine just to be in a couple of groups, it's not the one I actually use for my email. Once you have your yahoo account, here is the link to join: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/MomsWithMelanoma/ It will send me a message for approval, but I'm on my phone checking email all the time so it shouldn't take long! 🙂 Anne

I must have been one of the lucky ones, because mine did not hurt much at all. They injected it four times and it was on my lower back. Honestly, getting the IV in was more painful for me! And any pain you will feel will go away quickly so try not to worry about it! Good luck and keep us posted!
