Bio

I am a baker and have done this over 40 years. My wife was diagnosed with melanoma in 2004. It metastasized and she passed May of 2008. I have 2 children. My son is now 29, married with 2 children. I have a daughter who is now 19, living at home, working part time and going to college for nursing. I am involved in grief advocacy and brought legislation here in Oregon affecting FMLA use for that. I am also involved in melanoma advocacy and am working on a group at OHSU to that end.
