Grew up in Belmar NJ. Went to HS in Brick Town NJ. Joined Army in 1974-1977. Graduated from Tyler Jr Collage as Land Surveyor in 1979. Lived in Dallas/Ft. Worth area until 1989. Moved to Maryland..close to Wash. DC and moved to Delaware in 2003.
