          Keep in mind that while SLNB is standard step for staging, but don't get fooled if it comes negative, get scans anyway because mets could spread already.

            Ok, I see. 

            Does it even make much sense to join a trial nowadays? Any new drugs that looks more promising than current standard care options?

              Thank you, Celeste! Yes, I was just diagnosed with stage IV couple weeks ago, didn't start any treatment yet.
