What is the difference between a malignant mole between a benign, are the cells different then normal mole cells, I had a shave biopsy on a mole and it said the mole extended deeper then the excision is this normal

My PCP is through John Hopkins, he said the report is benign, I have had a lot of moles before but one never like this, he acts like I'm a hypochondriac, but I just had a weird feeling about this mole.

Sorry for the blah post earlier, im a pretty healthy 29 year old male about 165lbs 5′ 8′. So doctors dont take me serious, I am kinda convinced my derm botched my first biopsy by not cutting deep enuff and carterising it shut, they think if it was somthing i would have been spoted in auguest or novermber by my derm or gp, and lympnode would have had cancer in it,idk just worried that somthing was missed because she was in a rush
