        Thank you all for your replies. It makes such a difference to be able to communicate with others in this forum. I Just came back from the oncologists office.  They did a biopsy on the lump and it is benign! Probably a minor infection or an old reactive node.

                Thank you so much for your very reasonable- and very kind reply. You are so right, it is hard not to experience your body, and your health, differently after melanoma.  It really helps to hear that this is a normal reaction. Again I Can't thank you enough for your reply.
