        I have heard that this happens when the margins don't come back clean. As in, they didn't get it all with the first excision. I just had my first WLE and was very worried I would have to go back for another. Praying they get it all this next time.

              Thank you!!! I am going for a second opinion somewhere locally, but I think I will also see about sending my report to UCSF.

              I am 37. And my spot was def itching when I finally made myself go in. The other area isn't itching and could just be a fluke.
