Jim had a squamous cell carcinoma removed from his right cheek in Jan 2018. 6 months later the draining lymph node swelled up and everyone thought it would be a squamous cell lesion. A FNA said it was Melanoma with no known primary. We live in Atlanta and don’t get out in the sun too much, but Jim did grow up on the Gulf coast before sunscreen was a common item to use.
