        Thank you for your advice!

        how are you now jack?

i've just been to the doctors and been urgently referred to hospital – which I am on my way to now.

I just feel like this is different. I guess I shall know by the end of the day and if it is anything I will be furious after being ignored for six months. Parents and grandparents had cancer, I'm hoping I'm an exception to the rule… I shall keep you updated.

              Hi Ginger,

thank you  for your reply. I'm so sorry to hear your prognosis – I hope you are benefiting from the advance and new treatments like so many on here?

thank you for your reassurance that I am not nuts to link the two, or to persist in getting it seen to. I recently asked for a biopsy on the lymph nodes after the second solid one came up in a year and put me in hospital because it was so big, but I was told I would have to wait for more scans to be completed.

i wouldn't have even thought about a dermatologist, therefore if I am told to wait longer for a referral after my appointment tomorrow I shall go in search of a dermo ASAP!

I feel like such a hypercondriac even thinking the worst but I have over 200 moles, I'm 29 and I have never had a mole behave so strangely or grow so rapidly.

My main worry is that because it is a fast growing cancer, the delays because of their niavity might have cost me and that's what scaring me the most. On the flip side it could be nothing and I am overreacting.

thank you so much for all your advice and I truly wish you the best!!!
