        I'm 7 years out as well. Stage 3 vulvar melanoma with no therapy beyond surgery ( partial vulvectomy and bilateral lymph node removal). I was told the 5 year survival statistics for mucosal melanoma were very grim back in 2009, but so much has changed in the treatmement options available since then.

              I'm almost 4 years out from Vulvar stage 3…no treatment other than surgery.  Feeling very lucky!

                          Yes, I had the same symptoms which began about 6 months after stage 3 diagnosis.  It was in my case acid reflux.  I did not respond to medications (can't remember what I was given) but it did help to not eat or drink too close to bedtime.

                                I wouldn't say that Cellect is "almost free"… I may be misreading but it looks like it costs about $400 a month.
