Chillax, my skin specialist told me try stay out of the sun, but dont stress too much if i catch a bit every now and then, after all its a catch 22 still need a little bit of skin exposure for vitamin D, which can protect aganst skin cancer, but at the end of the day some Melanoma is just genetic, otherwise how can you explain folk getting it on parts of their body that never see the sun like their backsides or the soles of their feet !

Thank you so much i will call them on Monday, i have been happy with GCUH so far, my only reservation about them is the amount of time it takes them to start taking action once a diagnosis has been made, i have been waiting 4 weeks now since the Radio Oncologist noticed the lung nodules on my CT scan and i havent even seen a soecialist yet, from what i have read so far Melanoma can move really quickly, in as little as a few months
