Bio

I am a registered nurse but I have never specialized in oncology. I am learning about Melanoma now, since my dad was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, it’s in his brain and his lung and most likely lymph nodes. He was diagnosed prior in 2008 but MD removed the skin on top of his head and forehead and MD stated all margins were clear. We thought he was good, now I am learning that Melanoma can be dormant and come back later. My dad is only 64. my heart is completely broken.
