I am a mother of 3 boys and a wife, I take care of a special needs child for employment. I have concerns about myself. I have a lump on the right side of my groin area the size of two peas and I have a dark spot on my labia. The lump has been there for 2 months, it actually has gotten alittle larger. I have no pain in that area.
