        Hi there, I too would recommend you at least consult with a plastic surgeon.  While I've had several removals done by my dermatologist, she has referred me to a plastic surgeon for those in more noticeable places.  I also had a girlfriend who had a melanoma removed from her nose by a plastic surgeon.  And it did require a small skin graft but it looks amazing – this was 5 months ago and you can't even tell.
